I have a serotonin deficiency despite great health, diet, and lifestyle. No meds at 63! But the serotonin deficiency prevented me to fall asleep. In 2011 I had a vitamin D level of 11 (ref range 30-100). Since then I’ve been trying to get that level up with the highest value at 19. I started this supplement in December 2021 and 4 months later my vitamin D level is 50!!! I am extremely happy about that. The only feedback I have is that shipping for this company is all over the place. Sometimes you have your product in 2-3 days, other times takes a week just to get a tracking number. It’s the only reason why i am researching products that I can buy over the counter.
