Fasting

I have fasted previously however not with the correct supplements. Day 1 was fine, day 2 was a bit more challenging, not because I was hungry but rather I missed the eating experience. Day3 I am feeling great physically and mentally. With the increasing benefits after 72 hrs, I am extending my fast to 4 days. The supplements definitely help!!
