What if I only want to fast for 24 hours?

This Pak is made to help people do up to three 24-hour fasts, whether in a row (72 hours) or separately. If you are only doing one day, simply take one morning, afternoon, and evening packet.

Do I only drink water to take the supplements?

No! You can drink as much water as you would like during the fast and are actually encouraged to drink water throughout it.

Can I take more than one Glutathione a day while fasting?
